„I worked as a student employee at XERVON Instandhaltung GmbH while I was still at university which enabled me to get a real insight into the company's many different maintenance processes and interesting projects. My work there certainly helped me decide what I wanted to do in the future. So it wasn't a difficult decision to carry on working at XERVON Instandhaltung once I qualified as an engineer. I am now a condition monitoring consultant (in particular for vibration analyses), which means I get to meet customers from many different industries and work on complex tasks. This keeps me on my toes and is great fun.“
Steven Brenner, direct entry / condition monitoring dept., XERVON Instandhaltung GmbH
