Focussing on E&I
More services now being offered in the area of automation technology thanks to XERVON EMR
REMONDIS Maintenance & Services recently acquired the engin-eering & services division of Bartec Benke GmbH, a manufac-turer of analytical and measuring equipment, as part of an asset deal. Operating as XERVON EMR GmbH, this new division will strengthen the portfolio of XERVON Instandhaltung (the Group’s maintenance specialists) in the area of electrical and instrumentation technology. This acquisition will, in particular, enable the company to further expand its activities in the north of Germany and the Rhine-Main region as well as to offer these services in the east of Germany for the first time.
By joining us, this acquired E&I division has become part of our core business. This acquisition will create opportunities for us to further develop our business – something that will directly benefit our customers as well.
