The RMS Group has been participating in the EcoVadis assessment for ten years. Not only in Germany, but also our companies in Sweden, Finland and the Dutch REYM undergo the rigorous annual review. The 2025 result: bronze and silver for sustainable corporate management and a strong signal for our shared responsibility.
What really counts: EcoVadis is not an end in itself. The RMS Group uses the assessment to systematically integrate sustainability into all areas and processes of the company – from procurement to operational safety. The EcoVadis results are incorporated into standards, training courses and digital tools that are used throughout the group. The goal: to continuously improve sustainability performance and present it credibly to the outside world. "We take responsibility across borders and want to not only consolidate sustainability as an established part of our business activities, but also continuously develop it further," explains Maximilian Klein, Sustainability Officer.
With EcoVadis, we show our customers and partners in concrete terms how we live sustainability every day – transparently, comprehensibly and with measurable added value.

Consultant Sustainability
For the group's customers, this means above all security and trust. They receive an independent, transparent assessment of sustainability performance – comprehensible and comparable. In this way, the RMS Group demonstrates that sustainability is not a short-term trend, but an ongoing process of improvement. Regular reviews ensure that environmental, social and ethical aspects remain permanently anchored in the processes. This creates credibility, reduces risks in the supply chain and strengthens long-term partnerships with customers.
The group of companies is therefore increasingly focusing on cross-border exchange: colleagues from Germany, Sweden, Finland and the Netherlands are pooling their knowledge, sharing best practices and jointly developing new approaches to sustainable action. Why? To learn from each other. And: to continuously improve the sustainability performance of the entire group. This means that even in its tenth EcoVadis year, the RMS Group is building on experience. What remains unchanged is our shared ambition.
The RMS Group in Germany and REYM in the Netherlands are among the top 35 per cent of all companies assessed in 2025. The RMS Group in Sweden and DELETE in Finland are even among the top 15 per cent.
How sustainable is a company really? EcoVadis provides sound guidance on this issue – with clear criteria, transparent scores and international comparisons. Four areas are assessed annually: environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement. The assessment is more than just a stamp: it makes progress visible, reveals potential and motivates companies to continue their efforts. More than 130,000 companies worldwide already use EcoVadis.
Each assessment ends with an individual scorecard based on more than 20 criteria, which ranks companies in bronze, silver, gold or platinum. The scorecard provides a quick overview of strengths and areas for improvement – and enables objective comparison with other companies worldwide. This creates transparency. Transparency that provides guidance to customers, partners and markets.
