BUCHEN NuklearService: Working flat out for safety
Working flat out for safety: During the dismantling of the Grafenrheinfeld nuclear power plant near Schweinfurt, BUCHEN NuklearService ensured that plant components were free of radioactive residues. Under the strictest safety precautions, specialists cleaned heat exchangers, pipes, and containers with water pressure of up to 1,000 bar. “We are thus making a decisive contribution to reducing radiation exposure and ensuring that the dismantling process is safe,” says Managing Director Zoran Radišić. BUCHEN NuklearService has been working in all German nuclear power plants for over three decades, and with every cleaning job it lays the foundation for the subsequent trades: safe working conditions.
Marketing and communications network in Bramsche
Once in person, once online – this is how the REMONDIS Group's marketing and communications network meets annually. In 2025 in Bramsche, the teams pooled topics, shared experiences, and strengthened their teamwork. This enhances communication and promotes a modern infrastructure, clear values, and a consistent approach across locations. In 2025/26, internal communication will remain the focus – supported by culture, values, and guidelines. The good thing is that this exchange anchors standards in everyday life.
Social project by our trainees
Commitment that makes a difference: Five trainees at RMS headquarters in Cologne collected clothing, shoes, and hygiene items for homeless people, organized in collaboration with the ZoHus Straßenwächter association. Numerous colleagues participated in the campaign and donated generously. Eight well-filled bags were collected, sorted, and distributed directly to those in need. “It was touching to see how much joy things that we take for granted can bring,” says trainee David Steinkrüger. Training manager Sönke Friedrich also draws a clear conclusion: “The campaign was a valuable and inspiring experience for all of us, and it's certainly just the beginning.” The next generation of trainees is already waiting in the wings – so the work continues. In every respect.
