In October last year, around 65 new colleagues at the REMONDIS Maintenance & Services Group were offered a varied programme to give them a comprehensive insight into the Group's services and working methods

The goal of the event was to strengthen internal collaboration and facilitate the exchange in joint projects. At a total of ten stations, teams from BUCHEN, XERVON and other companies such as FILTRATEC, SCHLÜSSLER and TRG Cyclamin presented their expertise and services. In addition to the core areas of expertise, the focus was on technologies and high safety standards. For example, there was an interactive safety quiz from the QHSE&S department, and various trades presented state-of-the-art technology. Together, they explained what REMONDIS Maintenance & Services stands for when it comes to quality, innovation and safety.

Furthermore, a central part of the event was a personal exchange. The new employees had the opportunity to meet colleagues from different companies and departments and to make their first initial contacts. This has created a solid basis for effective cross-divisional collaboration - both within the Group and in joint projects.
