Watch the video to see the LIFTBOT in action
Wireless, compact, collaborative: With LIFTBOT, XERVON brings robotics directly to the construction site. A pilot project near Cologne shows how smart modern scaffolding can already be today.
When there is no space for cranes and conventional lifts reach their limits, the LIFTBOT is a real alternative. The battery-powered construction site lift transports materials weighing up to 100 kilograms to heights of up to 45 metres – without cables, without metal safety doors, and with clear advantages in terms of safety and efficiency.
Compact, flexible, safe: robotics where conventional lifts end
Traditional construction lifts require power cables, anchors, ballast weights – and a lot of space. They are time-consuming to install and offer little flexibility. The LIFTBOT, on the other hand, requires no cables, takes up hardly any space and can be detached from the rails in a matter of minutes. This is a real advantage, especially on confined construction sites. ‘When I heard that there was a new alternative for lifts, I wanted to start a pilot project with the guys from KEWAZO right away. The LIFTBOT from KEWAZO is completely wireless and battery-powered,’ says Theo Pavlidis, project manager at XERVON.
Operational experience counts: LIFTBOT bei XERVON
175 days of use in 2.5 years – this record underscores the system's practicality. XERVON is thus one of the most experienced users of the system. Whether on large-scale plants, in hazardous areas or during scaffolding dismantling: the LIFTBOT has proven itself. And with every construction site, the know-how in handling this smart helper grows.
Technology with perspective
Today, the LIFTBOT functions as a vertical material lift – but it is designed as a system. Rails that remain permanently mounted on installations? Transport modules that move material horizontally? These are still visions. But XERVON is actively involved in further development – based on practical experience and with a clear vision of the scaffolding of tomorrow.
